Is there a hotel at the Greektown Casino in Detroit? - detroit casino hotels
I'm trying to hotels for a trip price. My husband wants in the Heartland Poker Tour Greektown Casino to play this coming weekend. At the casino site, says there is a new hotel opened in 2009. Is there one that is now being replaced? Or do not have a by 2009. I decided to ask here before you save on long distance.

Greektown Casino currently does not have its own hotel. It is currently under construction.
The closest is the Athenaeum, one block. Marriott Renaissance Center is also a way for the casino and the two have a "people mover" station (a rail system) from the ground, then I think 50 cents, you can jump into a place and takes approximately 2 minute walk from the other (the step 5 blocks).
Other than the 2, I would say that there is still a half decent near the casino - Of course there are many hotels including chains in the suburbs.
